About Jordan Mullins
Jordan is an Austin, Texas–based mediator who spent nearly 20 years in the courtroom before dedicating his practice to resolving disputes outside of it. A former partner at a well-known Austin law firm, Jordan litigated high-stakes commercial, energy, real property, and probate cases in state and federal courts across Texas. He has tried cases to verdict at virtually every level—from JP courts to district courts—and has argued before intermediate appellate courts and the Texas Supreme Court.
Jordan now draws on his extensive trial experience to help parties cut through litigation risk, evaluate their cases clearly, and reach practical, durable resolutions to complex disputes.
Jordan’s Approach
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience as a trial lawyer handling cases through verdict and appeal, Jordan brings a practical understanding of litigation risk, jury dynamics, and the realities that drive settlement decisions.
Jordan’s mediation style is engaged, candid, and pragmatic. He comes prepared, studies the briefs, and focuses on both the legal issues and the business or personal interests on each side.
Parties can expect direct, no-nonsense feedback, clear-eyed evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of their positions, and a steady push toward practical, durable resolution.
